What is the composition of Herbalife Formula 1?

Herbalife Formula 1 contains many ingredients and nutrients that help make excellent breakfast!  However, we will see each ingredient together to determine if Herbalife Formula 1 is perfectly holy because some people consider it carcinogenic.

The ingredients of formula 1 screened

Of course, formula 1 is built on a soy basis, but we discover lots of other different elements and nutrients that can impress. Here is the exact composition of a formula 1:

  • 40% soy protein isolates. So soy protein! Remember that Herbalife uses GMO-free products.
  • Fructose, a sugar found in fruit.
  • Soy lecithin as an emulsifier known as E322 safe for humans unless agriculture is done with pesticides, as with everything ...
  • Soybean oil.
  • Thickeners (guar gum which is extracted from bean seed, carrageenan which is an extract of red algae, xanthan gum which is E415 as a texture agent and food additive, the pectin naturally present in fruits).
  • Aromas, ok it's vast.
  • Of oat fiber  which are the fibers of the oat cereal.
  • Corn bran. The bran is the envelope that protects the grain.
  • Calcium citrate which is E333. It is the salt of citric acid.
  • Inulin, which comes from the root of the cell, is a carbohydrate.
  • Anti-caking silicon dioxide. It's the E551 and we won't talk about it any more.
  • Milk protein concentrate, it goes without details.
  • Dextrose which is glucose, a sugar very famous for athletes.
  • Potassium phosphate named E338 to be screened too.
  • Magnesium oxide which is E530 and an antacid.
  • Rapeseed oil.
  • L-ascorbic acid noted E300 which is ... vitamin C. Not all E's are bad.
  • Iron fumarate to treat iron deficiency.
  • Honey powder.
  • DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate under E307 which is vitamin E.
  • Of the nicotinamide, it is vitamin B3 or PP.
  • 0.02% parsley powder
  • 0.02% papaya powder
  • Zinc oxide, a natural anti-bacterial.
  • Copper gluconate to treat copper deficiency.
  • Retinol palmitate which is vitamin A palmitate.
  • Calcium D-pantothenate which is vitamin B5.
  • Cholecalciferol, a form of vitamin D.
  • Antioxidants like ascorbyl palmitate (E304)
  • DL-alpha-tocopherol, pure E307.
  • Pyridoxine hydrochloride is the active form of vitamin B6.
  • Cyanocobalamin, vitamin B12 synthesized.
  • Manganese carbonate which will require more research. Once completed I will publish a text on this subject.
  • Ribovlabine which is vitamin B2.
  • Thiamine hydrochloride, vitamin B1.
  • Pteroylmonoglutamic acid which is folic acid known as vitamin B9.
  • Potassium iodide to simply iodize formula 1 and prevent thyroid problems.
  • Sodium selenite which comes from selenium and has an antiseptic effect.
  • D-biotin is the natural form of vitamin B biotin.

There you go, you know everything about Formula 1! We will now analyze the E.

Is it true that we should avoid "E" and that it can cause cancer?

We hear a lot about E and additives. In reality, the E is a denomination to classify the elements more easily. As we have seen, an E can be a vitamin.

Nevertheless, we have observed a few different E's that we will come back to to find out if Herbalife products are risky. Here is the little list:E415 E333 E551 E338 E530 E300 E307 E304.

Let's go from the least controversial to the most controversial. We don't expect big revelations, it won't be worse than eating a macdonald or a packet of industrial cake :-)

  • E415  simply has laxative effects if you exceed a dose of 15g per day.
  • E333 which is a derivative of citric acid, found in candies, jams ...
  •  E551there are some naturally in cereals  and comes from silicon.
  • E338present in cooking salt for example and synthesized.
  • E530  exists in natural form, some even take it as a supplement but be careful not to abuse it, thus giving a laxative effect.
  • E300  which is vitamin C. No need to go any further.
  • E307  which is aconstituent isomer of vitamin E.
  • E304which is an ester of vitamin C.

Here we are. As usual, it is important not to abuse the products you consume and ensure a balanced diet. All of this research on the composition of Herbalife products was carried out using a collection of data on the internet and does not constitute not the advice of a doctor or scientist. It is as a consumer and seller that I wanted to make sure I sell quality products that do not endanger the health of consumers.

By the way, if you like to reduce the impact that these products have on your body, you may also like to reduce your ecological impact with reusable products at the same time, to have a healthier lifestyle. In this case I recommend that you have a alternative to cotton swabs, use reusable wipes to remove make-up or your children.

You can order your Herbalife products  at the best price now without forgetting to have a good workout!
