How to prepare a Herbalife nutritional milkshake or shaker?

How to prepare the Herbalife nutritional shaker?

The first time, before preparing the first agitation and opening the container seal, it must be agitated for a few seconds so that its content is well mixed. As for the protein, in case of preparation of milkshakes  without it, omit the steps in which this addition to the milkshake is detailed.

Nutritional drink preparation steps - Without mixer:

  • Add 250 ml of water to a glass. It is also possible to add milk, depending on the consumer's taste.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of 15 ml to the glass, flush with the shaker. It is the largest of the four Herbalife measuring spoons. Remember that it must be two level balls.
  • Add a measure of protein. It is, in the measuring spoon, the measurement on the same side as that which you use for the milkshake. Optional, in case you prepare the shakes  with additional protein.
  • Mix with a spoon until the mixture is homogeneous, or if you prepare it with the Herbalife Shake mixing cup, shake it until the lumps disappear and the mixture is homogeneous.

Nutritional drink mixture preparation steps - With mixer (recommended):

  • Add 250 ml of water to a glass. It is also possible to add milk, depending on the consumer's taste.

If you want the milkshake to be thicker, you can mix it for another 20 or 30 seconds. If mixed longer, the mixture may be too thick and difficult to drink.



It is also possible to add fruit to the milkshake when it is made in the blender, to improve and complete its flavor.

We recommend preparing nutritional milkshakes with a blender if possible, because the addition of ice makes their texture more pleasant and at the same time increases the volume of the portion, which increases the feeling of satiety, which is ideal when we replace a meal with the shake.
